Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Indeed, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your chosen payment method has already been deducted and processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately refund your account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Hugs Across The Cosmos reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, for a limited time, Free Shipping may be offered on some or all products. During Free Shipping Promotional Periods this promotion is automatically calculated at the cart, and in turn, the checkout. This is based on a minimum order spend as set for the promotional period, which at times may be zero spend, however the minimum spend shall vary for each promotion. Free Shipping Parcels are sent via Standard Australia Post Parcel Post and if Express Post is required, this must be purchased for an additional cost.
Spiritual Healing & Guidance
When booking a Spiritual Healing & Guidance Session you are agreeing to payment prior to the time of the session and you are agreeing to attend said session at the time arranged where applicable.
Cancelling more than 24 hours in advance will result in a full refund for the service you have paid for. However, cancelling less than 24 hours prior may result in your payment being non-refundable. Whether a refund is issued with a less than 24 hour cancellation is at the discretion of the service provider.
If the Spiritual Healing & Guidance Session is cancelled by the service provider for whatever reason, even within the 24 hours prior, a full refund shall be given.
The chosen method of delivery for Spiritual Healing & Guidance is subject to approval by the service provider. They may for any reason choose to deny a face to face session and may instead offer telephone or Zoom as an alternative.
All advice given in any Spiritual Healing & Guidance Session is general in nature and is not intended to replace any professional advice from an accountant, financial advisor, lawyer, doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or any other medical, mental health provider, legal or financial guidance provider.
We reserve the right to modify these policies for any reason at any time.
